The elder President George Herbert Walker Bush announced the New World Order in a joint session of Congress, September 11, 1990. Up to this time the New World Order was just another conspiracy theory. The elder Bush also drew up a program for the global economy wrapped in the NAFTA and GATT trade agreements. We have a nine page letter from the White House office describing his program in detail. He lost the presidential election and President Bill Clinton took over. President Clinton followed the programs as though they were his own. This turned out to be the eye of our econmic crisis. The younger President Bush followed Clinton and hid our economic crisis behind his pre-emptive wars and continued all the programs of his father and Clinton. President Obama has now followed them and continues all the programs while our economy based on making money on money instead of making things has collapsed due to free trade and globalization. But the beat goes on without any hesitations or reviews of what happened and why.

Coming out of the 1980s, about 700,000 workers related to the steel industry lost thier jobs due to unfair global "trade". About 400,000 lost jobs related to the auto industry. In the 1990s, more than a million workers lost their jobs in the computer industry which caused the Y2k crisis. ( Clinton enjoyed a artificial economy when billions of dollars were poured into the economy to fix the problems . ) It ended suddenly when he left office and the stock market panic came. Clinton hid our economic mess behind this and his own "Wag the Dog" wars in the Balkans and he consistently bombed Iraq throughout his administration setting up the tempo for the 9/11/2001 attack. This all came during the most massive dislocation of jobs in U.S. history including the Great Depression. Later Hurricane Katrina exposed a silent depression in New Orleans and in major cities across our land.
