Welcome to the ethics box
The ethics box will provide you with an accessible and informative mixture of academic philosophy and contemporary philosophical debate. The primary focus of the ethics box will be normative moral theory. Posts will range from meta-ethical theory through to applied ethical analysis of contemporary ethical problems.
Future posts will include; bioethics, religion and ethics, and sexual ethics.
However the scope of ethics box is not limited to ethics. From time to time I will discuss other philosophical questions, including; metaphysics and the existence of god, contemporary political theory, phenomenology, existentialism, and much more. I will also post reviews of philosophical texts, brief biographies of famous philosophers and perhaps even the occasional philosophical poem.
